That would be Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”? My favourite version is still Jeff Buckley’s. The version included on his album “Grace” has pretty much become the definitive recording of the song.
I once heard Kevin Max (ex DC Talk) do a version. While he was aping Buckley it was fairly good, but then he went and demonstrated how he doesn’t come close to Buckley by trying to vary it a little….
