The last couple years I’ve taught a web development class at Cornerstone, and in the next summer hired someone from that years class as a summer worker. This last summer Chris worked for me, didn’t use all his hours, and came back after Christmas to work for a couple more months.
In that time we became good friends, sharing music, games, advice, and the occasional Coke. He learned lots of web stuff, and as I always do when I teach, I did as well.
This last friday was his last day, which means I have a lot more work to do each day, no-one to order around, and no-one to annoy with my music. He will be missed.
He’s looking for a full time web gig, if you know of anything, check out his resume and drop him a line.
