Last week a deer was hit by a car up near my folks. It left a fawn in good shape, and the folks who found it called the DNR. The DNR told them they could shoot it or leave it to starve, but they objected. đ So then the DNR said "There’s a guy over on Yates road who might be willing to take it". So now my in-laws have it.
The girls went up on Saturday for a weekend with the grandparents (we get them back tonight), and didn’t know about the fawn until they got there. Their cousins were there too, so it was a huge party weekend for them. đ
How incredibly precious!
