Yesterday I became a full time employee at X-Team. I’ve been contracting with them for 4 months now and it’s been really great. Part of the company culture is that we’re super and we’re heros, thus super+heros. Our CEO did an excellent blog post about it.
Once someone has done something recognizable as super and heroic that person is “Heroized“.
